I know there have been threads on this before. I am looking for a quick way to get rid of the tire. I eat a very healthy diet, exercise at least moderately and have lost 60 lbs. However, my waist and upper abdomen are virtually the same as before the weight loss. I would wear a much smaller size if I could reduce the waist. The only clothes that have become to big for me are the ones that were sort of big on me all along. With so many of the newer styles being more fitted, I have trouble finding tops that fit. If I go up in size they are way too long and big in the shoulders and armhole, but I look like a sausage in the size that fits me. Right now, I really don't care if I lose more anywhere but my waist and just above.
So, if you have successfully overcome this problem please advise. Thanks
