I was going to see if anyone has ever taken this supplement. I'm having a hard time with food craving. I thought taking this might make me feel full longer.

I don't think it changes my appetite very much.
I've always had issues with feeling satisfied both before and after meals.
I've recently used a jar but not sure I'd buy again.

Our doctor recommended ground flax and chia. Helps remove cholesterol from the blood and balances blood sugar along with keeping you feeling full for hours. We put it in our protein shakes twice a day.

But what if we don't drink protene shakes everyday...can you sprinkle it in food???

Yes, you can mix it with anything you want. I use it on my yogurt.

If you are trying Benefiber, it can be mixed with 8 oz. of any hot or cold liquid or any food with plenty of liquid in it- crushed berries, soup etc.
It disappears very nicely into almost everything.
A Tablespoon contains 5 gr of fiber.
Many American women consume less natural fiber daily than is optimal.
For me, just doesn't serve as an appetite suppresant as effectively as a big green salad.
