So I started following this diet, about 4 weeks ago, not exactly to the T, but neverless it was pretty easy. We had to weigh in today and give blood work for our insurance plan at work. So I dreaded weighing in becuase on this diet you get constipated and I have not gone for quite a while....and low and behold down 4 more pounds. I went starting at 130 lbs 4 weeks ago, and weighed in today at 119. Last week I was at 123 and I have been eating cheesecake this week (I made a low carb cheesecake). So I told the nurse, well 119 is wrong, definitely off. So she whips out another scale! Sure enough 119. That is insane. I am EATING! I had pasta carbonara last night. I go to the gym maybe 3 times per week. By far the easiest way to lose weight! I count sugar and carbs. NO calories.
