Backup Power for Oxygen Usage During power outages

I am currently on oxygen 24/7. I live in the northeast where the chance of power outages during storms is reasonably high. I would like to know what people use as backup power when electrical outages occur. I rent an apartment and the landlord has stated that I cannot use a generator under any circumstances. Does anybody know about the use of power packs?
