Re: Back issue....how to proceed?

momtodogs, don't apologize.   Your pain is something you feel.   I feel bad for you.   Mine is something that needs tweaking to make it better.   My road has been long and developed over time.   Many injuries etc lead to this.   Never underestimate what you can do to make yours better.   Feel better soon.

Re: Back issue....how to proceed?

I went to a sports dr. She ordered x rays/MRI and then physical therapy and then    she talked about steroid injections which I did . They didn't do much so I went to my chiro dr and did p/t as well. That helped but I'm 62 and the back issues are due to the natural aging process. I think my bed is another cause too, so I am getting a new one soon. Exercises for strengthening your core are good. Excess belly fat is bad .
