Oh my ...... I live in MD and we're having a wet, heavy, snow today. I have a little dog whom I take out 4 times a day so I've had to be out in it. I did get ice grippers for over my boots. But, OMG, this snow and cold has really hit my new knee something awful. It hurts like crazy. I've rubbed Biofreeze on it and I have a pair of knee warmers on - I'm glad for them, but in weather like this, I'm not sure anything helps much. Oh heavens, I dread winter this year. Tylenol does absolutely nothing, Bufferin helps but I'm afraid of what it may do to my stomach, and my doctor gave me Vicodin for bad weather, but I hate to take it.

Thanks for listening to me whine.
