i'm new to it and would like some suggestions for foods and snacks.
I have found some really good replacement items. I use multi wheat wraps that are practicly no carbs and the thing is...I love them. I have always ate "healthy" white bread.
I started eating more raw veggies like califlower, kolrabi (sp), carrots...
I would like any suggestions please. I also have some of the Atkins bars. What are the best drinks? EAS have something good for carb diets?
