Get a paraffin warming wax machine.  The warm wax is very soothing for arthritic hands and fingers and fun to use.

It's great for your cuticles and nails too.

My DH has arthritis in his hands, he takes the UC Collagen II and also has good results with Arthritis Cream by Boiron, contains arnica.

I hate getting old. today in rehab I was talking to a gal that had a knee replacement and she said "take it from me, lady, don't ever get a knee replacement".

I said "my legs are great no problem there I hit the recumbent 25-30 miles a week".  Once my legs go it will be assisted living for me and I sure don't want that.

Praise the Lord my legs are no problem !!

CBD cream works wonderfully, they will tell you to get the inflammation in your body down as this is a result of it. Like with Curcumin. This is what I use and it works!
