I am very arthritic. Knees and hips, some fingers and some in my spine. Had one knee and one hip replaced.

Voltaren never worked for me, but the pill version did. Diclofenac did the trick. Used it prior to my replacements and it was very effective.Have not had to use it recently. I currently have been having a Duralane injections in my bum knee that seem to be doing the trick!

It also helped my to move to a hot and dry climate, my bones no longer hurt and in fact, some days they feel as though they have melted away! All of this has kept me in the saddle and continue to complete in the Senior Level categories with my horse.

I use the tape because I have a trigger finger that I tape at night.  I've used it for swollen joints also.  It stays on when washing hands and lasts.  Right now I'm using it on my small finger so I cut the tape in half.  I do wear supports on both hands at night.
