Hello, all. I am going through a particularly stressful period in my life, and not handling it as well as I would like. Although I am managing with the help of my doctor, and the support of my friends, and I am about to embark on a yoga trial, I am also interested in aromatherapy and what it can offer in terms qof stress management. Is anyone here experienced in this area? Can you give me some advice? Many thanks!
