Aricept vs Exelon Patch ?

This for my 79 year old Mother . The price of the Exelon patch is not a factor for us. Just if you have experience with one or the other or both and your thoughts. I would greatly appreciate and info , words of wisdom , or anything you may be able to offer about these two drugs. Thanks so Much .

My Mother had a TIA the weekend of Feb 16 , 2013 while out for dinner with friends.That lead to the finding of Dementia in the form of Alzheimers but its very aggressive for a woman her age. She also has Sundown Syndrome on top eveything else.
