Arent counting points the same as counting calories?

It sounds like WW is making things confusing .

I am eating what I want and am thin, but I count my calories.

Yesterday I wanted two Big black and white cookies, yep two,, and I had them for about 800 calories total, then I figured about 1000 cals left so I had a baked zti dinner for 600 and a potato and some veggies,,.. I have been doing this awhile and as long as I keep it under about 1800 a day I stay thin.. I still say its all about the calories.
