There are so many processed, unhealthy choices out there, whole aisles of the store.

 

One simple way to be healthy is to:

 

  • completely eliminate all added sugar and artificial sweeteners - all
  • decide how much salt you will have a day - either added or natural - be careful of what they put in meat - stop when you reach your limit
  • decide what fats you wish to include and how many grams a day - stop when you reach your limit
  • don't buy refined products like white rice or white flour
  • if you can't pronounce it, you don't want it

 

There is a whole world of good things to out there.

Medical Medium has an array of best sellers with outstanding information without committing to any on lifestyle but the consistent message of eating  clean or green, red, blue etc..  If you fall off your path it is does not make you feel like you have failed or made a mistake. His recommendation's do not hurt your health only improves it.

These books, free facebook and site information has helped my health tremendously.

I try to eat clean and if you do this, it is amazing the amount of food you can have every day, good clean healthy food of course.
