I do my best to keep moving most of the day, when I am home.  If DH is home I seem to sit more.  Summer time is easier to stay active, always yard work to do or I can get out and walk.

Today I got groceries at 8 am....and it's about 2:00 --I am ready to sit and have a cup of coffee.  If I don't stay busy I feel like a slug.

I love My fit bit ! It challenges me to keep moving and get at least five miles in each day 😄.

I take two walks a day..am and pm all year around.  I am not super active when it is cold out and never seem to be sitting when it is warm or hot out.

i am always under a blanket inside in cold weather....I hate the cold.

Lately, I sit more.  I just want Spring so I can walk outside again.  My treadmill died a couple of days ago. It was bought in 2006 so it served me well.  I can't walk in the cold since my heart surgery so I guess I have good excuses!!  I did buy a new treadmill today so all is not lost. Ha!  I need to get my "you know what" in gear.

My job requires me to sit in front of a computer most of the day, but there is a gym at work, so I either jog or lift weights at lunch time every day.  After work, I either go to my "real" gym for a 2 hour workout, or I go straight home, eat dinner, then exercise or ride my bike when the weather permits.  On the weekends, I only jog outside for 5 miles each day (no gym or weights).  I hate the winter weather, but I don't let it stop me unless it gets below 20 degrees!  (My down time is in the evening, and hour or two before bed.)
