Apps/Websites for a healthy 2019

My fitness tracker app Map My Walk by Under Armour is used daily. Love it! Distance, calories, splits miles. You can also map your ride for biking. I think it will download results to My Fitness Pal.
I also use My Fitness Pal, but not daily.
What do you use ?

@springers

This is what I use on a consistent basis.

I check my HRV every morning, use my iCardio for my 3-5 cardio days

and use Cronometer for food/macro tracking occasionally.

Do you walk, run, bike?

@sidsmom  Happy New Year!  Are you using the free Elite HRV....do you think the upgrade is necessary?

@phoenixbrd

Pretty sure it’s free.

I usually get the freebie until I like it enough to upgrade.

My Elite & iCardio are both free versions, but Cronometer

I’ve upgraded to the yearly subscription..just the fact I didn’t

want all the ads.  I really don’t think upgrades are necessary.

Have you tracked your HRV before? I’m still learning about it!

@sidsmom  No, I haven't but I'm always interested in improving.  My daily tracking is my scale that records weight, body fat, muscle mass, body water,  bone mass, and calculates current BMI. I was recently gifted a wireless blood pressure monitor that interfaces and records with the other statistics.  For me, it is motivational and a learning tool.
