I would love to get feedback from you concerning my situation to see how it relates.

The practice for the INT MED I see had a radical change occur. What was once a practice that was so busy I couldn't get in has now changed. A Certified Nurse Practitioner came on the scene at some point and I can now get in the very same day.  I have been to this office 5 times in a year. -- and was able to avoid a trip to urgent care.  This office can be reached by phone or computer now.  A survey asking my opinion of the care and visit is sent every time.

I'm guessing the reason for this change is competition?  CVS now has a "minute clinic." What I'm saying is that there is competition now and one of the most busy practices in the area wpmust have been losing patients.

Based on a remark my physician made to me, I think doctors are now weighing how they spend their time differently.
