The doctor diagnosed me with GERD. Prescribed Pantoprazole.  Anyone familiar with this? 

 

BP was high so he prescribed Losartan.  Anyone take this?

 

Also had an EKG and some blood work.  Have another appointment next week.

 

ETA: Got the Prevnar 13 shot.  Hurt no worse than the flu shot.

This always works for me: sit ups.

 

Especially when I'm working out with my trainer...embarassing!

 

He says that happens to just about everyone at one time or another.
