Over the years several of my co-workers tried this plan. All of them lost weight initially, because the portions are small, but all of them gained it back. I don't t think there is a magic bullet for weight loss, and as some of the posters pointed out keeping it off is usually the challenge.

I have a friend that tried it. He said it wasn't bad except for the fact that there were too many ingredients he couldn't pronounce. He did lose weight but I don't think he continued with it after the initial purchase because he's never mentioned it again.

Did this many years ago - lost a lot of weight. Losing the weight is easy - but it's no different than any other plan. Once you lose the weight, maintaining it is where the majority of us fail.
This was many many years ago but as someone else stated - the food was way too salty for me.

I tried NutriSystem and thought the food was so awful that after 3 days I threw it all out. So, no it didn't work for me. I much prefer Jenny Craig.
