Ginger has long been known to naturally support digestive health. It naturally stimulates digestive enzymes. It is a stomach soother and will also calm nausea.

I must have Garden of Life Enzymes or my IBS symptoms go wild.
The first dose left me feeling immediate relief and my sinuses DRAINED. (Think about it... mucus membranes line all digestive tract and sinuses.)
Well, anyway, I have taken these now for six months and I'm so much better. But these have many types of enzymes in them.
Amazon will allow you to return products that disagree or cause allergic reactions.
Forgot... these are RAW... meaning no processing and no fillers. Will post picture.
@LTT1 That's interesting. I have been having bad stomach issues forever now. Then last week started with the allergy and hives. I doubled up on my protein pump inhibitor and now I'm feeling really sick (sinus). Apparently there's a connection. Perhaps I'll try this. Thx

This made a new world of difference for me and my IBS GERD symptoms.
I try to avoid gluten, too.
The reason I persisted with this post is that I was not able to keep ANY vitamins, etc down. I suspected the fillers b/c the worst episode was with cheap grocery store vitamin.
I left these behind when we took a trip last fall thinking I didnt need them. The tummy was miserable.

@LTT1, @m0rgan, @SilleeMee thanks for your suggestions.
I think I will start with the enzymes @LTT1 recommended and see what happens.

I use Now brand HCL with betaine. It also contains pepsin.

I always thought the papaya was gentle. I take one but they recommend 1-3.
If you have trouble with vitamins, take with a meal. I had trouble with vit D 2000 and switched to Carlsons 4000 drops and have no problems. Sometimes you have to play around with brands and dosages.
