Anyone have Histoplasmosis?

Went to eye doctor today and he did a 3-D of my eye and said I have histoplasmosis. Seeing a retina specialist Friday. Really worried, help.....

I just Googled it and this is a fungal infection found mainly in your lungs. . Can be serious however, didn't see anythi

ng about eyes.  Sit tight and wait for the specialist to talk to you. Good luck!

Just about anyone living in Ohio (go Buckeyes) has had histoplasmosis at one time or another.  The starllings, so numerous in the OSU area and downtown capital area , spread the yeast everywhere.   Don't panic however, if you have active lesions you need to see a physician, NOW!
