Had orthro surgery in 2017 when I was 57, metal repair for bursa, tear repair and hip bone work. I had been in pain for 2 years, shots & PT didn't help enough. It was a long recovery, PT 9 months 2X a week. I am better, about 89%. Must get in the pool and keep active & stretched. Good luck.
