I have only watched a couple shows on the Q.  I guess I missed the diet talk.  It's typical for January though.

I can't stand any of it. I don't watch any of the shopping channels after Christmas for that very reason. I absolutely don't want to hear New Year New You and all that hype and the boring shows with workout equipment and diet food. If people are old enough to watch shopping channels they are old enough to know if they need and want to work out or diet. Just year after year the same old stuff. YUCK

If you are hearing it on the shopping networks or TV there is an easy fix - don’t watch! 

I don't watch and haven't heard more than a few comments from people.
