Re: Anyone else on a weight loss plan

Well-- kind of--I guess-- but not really whole hog at a weight loss plan. Been cutting white carbs and doing portion control and then out walking 2-3 miles a day--have dropped about 7 pounds in a few months--not really trying to lose much altho I can wear a size smaller  pants now. Mostly am doing this as certain foods seem to effect how I sleep like sugar especially ---been on an insomnia kick for several years now and am trying to fix that. What I eat is the one sure thing that seems to matter.

Re: Anyone else on a weight loss plan

I am on a plan --my own invention, nothing new or fantastic--but I have dropped about 10 pounds since the beginning of this year--and it is just portion control and then, watching what carbs I eat--and I do get out and walk a few miles several times a week. Have high trigylceride numbers so need to figure that out. They were very low--- kind of let myself indulge  over the hoildays----
