Anyone else move to somewhere they don't like?

I don't know if this is the right forum for this. I see people asking and struggling w illness and my heart aches for them, I feel a bit silly to ask this here but I'm so desperate. I've been so depressed lately. I moved from Long Island NY to Raleigh NC 5 yrs ago. There's so much to this story but I'd need to write a book. I have missed NY for 4 of these 5 yrs. I miss my friends and family. I have nobody here for myself. My husband works long hours and I have 3 children. 2 in college and 1 in highschool. Seems like its been worse now that my children are older and don't need me as much. I would say I have many women I'm friendly with but no true connection to anyone like I do back home. I work at home for my husbands and my business so I'm home constantly and so lonely.Just wondering if there was anyone else who could relate. I watch a lot of qvc because I feel like they are my friends. Lol. Sad but true.
