Consider buying Thermalon dry eye compresses, available on amazon or at Walmart for under $9.  You heat in microwave and apply to closed eyes...so relaxing!   Doctors recommend it to open closed ducts.

I was told that it works great for some and not for others. Ypu have to try it for at least a month I think.
