To clarify: Youtube did not convince me to try the vibration platform. I have had mine for a few years-from QVC. It works for me, bless your ❤️

I agree with the others that if you have a serious back problem not to use them. I have one from Tony Little. They must be somewhat beneficial because there are a number of doctors who have been using them in their practice for years.

I noticed that Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies were the TS recently. A lot of people do not do their homework when it comes to health and assume that all these are equal. The health benefits of apple cider vinegar were first published by Paul Bragg. Though the small booklets on these are old, I would still recommend buying at least one to learn more about apple cider vinegar. I have a hard time finding a good brand. The most important thing to look for on the bottle - it must say it contains "the Mother" or it is worthless. Goli does not. Without "the Mother" or starter is like trying to make sourdough bread without sourdough starter!

@Goldengate8361 Haha! I can remember going to Elaine Powers (an exercise place for women) back in the late 1960s or early 1970s and they had those machines!
Lol! I used to go to Elaine Powers back in 1974. That was the first year I was married and I thought I was fat...all 118 pounds of me! Including, my flat, hard, ironing board stomach😅 l loved Elaine Powers! I loved the machines and that it was just for women. We used to have monthly pot luck luncheons. Everyone brought a dish. That's where I first tasted Greek stuffed grape leaves.😋I've loved Greek food ever since!🤗

I am on the fence about this machine! I read that it it good and then I read that it is not. I would like to buy one but I guess I should wait until my next appointment with my PC dr. However, she tends to pooh-pooh just about everything so I imagine she will just so - no - don't get it. I have read and heard so much about how it is good for swelling and helps with lymphatic things. Thanks for your replies and input!
