Any one use Paxil with sucess ? - Page 3

I have been on paxil for 3 years and have not gained weight with it. In fact at my Dr last week he told me I was 10 lbs lighter than I was a year ago! I eat clean most of the time plus exercise almost every day though. Paxil works very well for me.

Flowerbear , do you remember how you felt the first 2 weeks , did it make you tired , i have a couple days about 4pm i just all of sudden lose my energy , to be fair it i could be coming down with a virus. How long did it take to kick in , i know they say 2 weeks to startseeing a difference.

Its been a lifesaver for me. I simply couldn't function because I had panic attacks so bad they were dibilitating. Ive been on it 25 years. I felt great as soon as I started taking it. So calm. Something I hadn't felt in years. 25 years later, it still works very well for me. Everyones chemistry is different so reactions can vary. I was lucky I guess.

Initially, I lost weight. Then I gained weight. But at this point weight gain has no bearing what so ever. It is know for packing on the pounds though and Ive heard its almost impossible to stop. Bear that in mind if you only want this to be temporary. I have no intentions of stopping it any time soon so, to me, it doesn't matter.

I took paxil years ago, I honestly can't remember why I stopped. Now I take celexa at night and buproprion. These have helped me with depression. Good luck op, I hope Paxil works well for you.

@MW in Iowa I didnt feel tired or lose energy ever while I have been on the paxil. I hope it works well for you! It kicked in within a couple of weeks for me.
