@TrishPasadenaTx I am sorry you are going through this. I am a RN and we instruct people with Lymphadema to wear compression hose and keep the legs elevated. Pumping your ankles can also help. Ace bandages or coban does not offer enough compression. Talk to your doctor about the pressure needed. 

Don't wear them to bed. I like the Willow brand compression hose because they are the most comfortable compression hose I ever wore, Don't were them to bed at nigh.

Are you receiving Physical Therapy? You should. Your doctor can order it.
