Way back when--early 1990's--I did WW with the plan where I had a list of what I had to eat, not avoid, e.g., 5 servings of milk, 3 proteins, etc., etc.  I lost almost 20 pounds on that diet and became a "lifetime member."  Have not been successful with any of their subsequent programs.

 

I just got from the library the "Dash" diet which, in the beginning anyway, severely limits carbs, i.e, bread, pasta, etc.  

 

So do you think any of the new "color" programs woud work for me?  TIA!!

@KCDiva , go on YouTube.  There's plenty of videos to help you understand the difference plans/colors.

@kaydee50 , I'm gonna let someone more knowledgeable than I answer your question fully but I think a diet plan is only as good as you're willing to follow it.
