The last couple of weeks I've been watching Youtube videos from several women who got advanced copies of the new plans from Australia members. The app finally rolled over yesterday.
I decided to go with the Purple Plan. It seems more like the old Core plan, on which I was very successful. Looking forward to my meeting Saturday, and getting the materials and lo down from my leader.

I am going Purple too, had a baked potato and fat free cheese for breakfast

I'm going back since they changed the plan. I did really well on the original plan, but freestyle just didn't work for me. Glad there is now a choice.

Hmmm. Thanks for the heads up on this. I am going to look into this for sure.

That might sound "weird" to some people - but I bet it kept you satisfied for a long time!
So far on Purple today I had two homemade eggwhite and spinach muffins, an apple and leftover brown rice for breakfast, and wasn't even hungry until lunch.
For lunch I had a large salad with chickpeas, counting points for avocado and light ranch dressing. Fully satisfied, I don't feel the urge to snack at all now.

I love Green....it feels like a comfortable old shoe. I didnt like Freestyle, the current one, which is Blue, at all. Purple seems like Simply Filling to me. I stopped going after the holidays last year. I just wanted my old Weight Watchers back and enough with WW. Dumb change in my opinion. Dont ask me my "Why" one more time.....I like to eat, thats my why.

'Weird'?
Out of curiosity, I googled the food lists.
Other than the chicken/turkey, dairy and eggs,
the PURPLE zero food list is basically what I and
Plant Based McDougaller's eat every single day.
Very satisfying & very calorie dilute.
You will definitely have success....with just the ZeroPoint foods.
Good Luck!

I don't do WW, never did BUT I have been told by a friend that WW DOES NOT want people eating just Zero Points, all day, every day.

Then.....that's why there are articles titled 'gaining weight on WW'.
People are addicted to their fats, so they most likely eat too
many pointed foods, reaching their limit by not eating starch/beans,
get frustrated, overeat and gain weight as a result.
You can easily reach your total calorie intake 1500-2000) for the day
just by eating ZeroPoint foods. A purple member only has a small
amount of points so it doesn't take alot of overt fats to reach
their point limit for the day.
Spoiler: this is a good thing
Spoiler+: I didn't make the WW rules

Looks like I would be green. Points Plus worked for me a few years ago. When the plan changed, I just couldn't wrap my head around what they called zero points. So, I was told well do the plan that works for you. But that's hard to do when Points Plus was never pushed at the meetings. So what was I paying for?
