Any RN's That Know Risks - Two Questions

Can Mrsa be contracted from a shopping cart? I take sanitizing wipes to clean the handles but I am concerned about the risk.

Second - There is the trend of the 'roach coach' dining (Mobile trucks) and I won't eat off of them as I have concerns about e-coli and other varmints.

Any thoughts?
