Anxiety update

I just went to the Dr. yesterday - he was horrible - very very rude and I didn't know what he was talking about. I told him we were not communicating and I needed to leave. I went to the front desk and demanded someone else - they gave to another doctor but that appointment will not be for another month - in the meantime they gave me valium - to take for a month? I can't believe it. I just put a call into my regular doctor to see if he could rush things up for me. I went to the emergency room and Friday thinking I was going to get help and this happened. The guy was really a jerk, I have never done that before. I have to be full of anxiety for a month before I can get help. I also thought valium was short term.I think this to so unreasonable.
