I just received the Soups cookbook and the Veggies cookbook. I love soups and I love veggies,   Can't wait to try these recipes.  Nice books. Every recipe has pictures and

looks easy to make.  Think I'll try the kale turkey burgers first, with a side of

roasted red, yellow and orange pepper soup.  Yum!  Dinner is at 6:30, y'all come on. Woman Happy

If anyone has tried his recipes, would love to hear opinions.

I was wondering if Andrew and Muriel were a couple. He states in the book

that they she is his best friend and they are living together.  Probably old

news to most of you.

@butterfly123  thanks for that info.  Will check it out.

@World Traveler   if you were planning on coming for dinner,

put it on hold until Monday. I just realized I'm out of turkey

for the burgers, and not enough peppers for the soup.  Dang it.

Re: Andrew/Muriel cookbooks

[ Edited ]

@yellowrose, I have 3 of their cookbooks. I haven't made anything from them in a while, when I did, anything I made was pretty darn good. I love how easy Muriel makes the recipes & the fact that photos accompany each & every step. Their cookbooks are beautiful to look at.

I stopped using the recipes from the cookbooks because I started eating whole food plant based. (no meat, eggs, dairy, oil) I need to start using the recipes again, there are plenty in the books that I can still use.

Would love to hear from anyone who has a review of these recipes, whether it was a good experience or not. She seems to give some very good step-by-step directions with photos, so it should be simple to follow the instructions.
