I've used Perricone for years and he has now discontinued every one I used. So, off to AL. I know he's being featured this weekend and his largest sizes are roughly 50% off now so I'm looking for suggestions of which ones to purchase as he has SO many.
I need a multi vitamin that does NOT have added D3 (I already take his D3 5000).
Wondering about his Omega (no fishy burps), CoQ10 and Vit. C.
Because I have a thyroid condition and gout, I am NOT interested in anything regarding metabolism, circulation, sugar issues, womens "issues", memory, hair and nails.
I eat a healthy diet so I just want to add to it, I suppose. I thank you so much for any suggestions!!

I think all his multi-vitamin type supplements has D3 in it.
I take his Essential One with 2000 or 3000 IU D3.
He sells 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 or 5000 IU D3 capsules.
I also take 2 of his orange omega 3 fish oil plus CoQ10 w/D3. Have been buying his TS CoQ10 with 2000 IU D3 in it. The CoQ10 with the Essentail One has enough D3 in them for me. I have 1000 & 2000 IU capsules we take when we need them.
I purchase them when they are the TS at their best price.
I posted his TS & Monthly specials from 2020 plus so far for 2021 so we can see when what will be available here. Info from 2020 came from World Traveler.

@Nightowlz I just saw your post with the schedule; fantastic!
Looks like his multi won't be on special until December. It IS on sale now so is the TS price BETTER than what it is now? I have the small bottle of D3 5000, so I can use that up and just take the Multi with D3 5000. I would much rather consolidate and take less pills rather than a bunch. It sounds like the Fish Oil plus Q10 would be another 2 in 1 pill, so that's great. Do you use the Cinnamon or the Ginger or the Tomato one in your routine? I appreciate the help. ![]()

The last time I tried to take an Omega fish oil product (I forget which brand) I had heartburn for three days. I thought I was going to die ... ugh.
So .. do the AL Omegas have any after taste? Also, do they make any sort of noticeable difference in your health?

I take the multivitamin with D3 and CQ10. I've been taking his vitamins for many years now. I also take his Omege 3 and have never experienced "burping" or sensitivity to it.
I think his multifviatmins all have D3 included in them, it's just a matter of the different amounts. Not sure how much you should take in a day, maybe you could alternate a multi and then a D3 until your D3's are gone?

@FiddleDeeDee Over the years I have used several of Andrew's products. As he says in his promos, take the knowledge I give even if you don't buy my products. I have done this in many cases and have also continued to reorder many of his.
I would NEVER be without his Essential One. I ran out once and noticed a HUGE difference in energy. I also supplement with additional vitamin D. I have my levels checked yearly.
DH and I take his collagen daily having noticed a difference in aches and pains, better hair and nails. DH takes his ChocoNuvo along with Walmart Fiber and a phytosterol and it has lowered his cholesterol without the need for a big Pharma statin.
We also take his omega and yes to @Tinkrbl44 , there is no aftertaste or burping.
I wanted to make mention that I have Hashimotos and still take many other supplements. I have not had any contraindications with them. In fact there are supplements that are helpful for thyroid issues.
I have used his hair skin and nails, his eye product, and some others. I noticed a difference, but have gone on to other brands that were more affordable.
I don't think you can go wrong with starting with Essential One. I believe we all need a daily supplement and go from there to fill in the gaps.
Good luck!

@tends2dogs Thanks for the info! I also have Hashimotos so I'm cautious as to what brands and vitamins I will/can take (along with a few other autoimmune issues).
I ordered my group this morning:
Womens Elite
Omega 3 with Orange
Vit C.
Essential berries (for the cherry)
Co Q10
D3 3000 (I take his 5000 now and his Elite contains 2000, so...)
Green Tea and Earl Gray Tea
I DO feel the difference when I don't take his Vit D, and my multi so looking forward to adding them in soon especially as I will soon be out of my multi vitamin.
Does he only offer the ChocoNuvo during cool months? It's sold out here and on HSN.
Again, thank all of you for the info!!!

Good choices, @FiddleDeeDee ! I do believe that the ChocoNuvo is only sold in cooler months..... to places like Florida and Texas. You might want to check his website. I have bought from it before and often it is a better price on some items. It is usually free shipping.
The supplements that I take for thyroid issues along with my Armour Thyroid are tyrosine and tri-iodine. This is done under my PA's care. I go to a preventive clinic and they whole heartily use and prescribe alternatives.

Had to check my order history. Last order of Essential 1 showed it was $79.90 plus it has 400 capsules.
I have some of his ginger/turmeric also the ginger alone. The ginger works for upset stomach etc but I cannot take it on an empty stomach. Makes my stomach really warm but it's suppose to do that.

Heartburn don't want that. I have had acid reflux before. It's no fun.
Andrew's does not cause me any issues or I could not take it. I like the orange over the mint. Never tried the unflavored.
I have dry eyes so it helps with that. I don't apply lotion yet my skin is not all dry. I think it's from taking the fish oil. I also think it helps with inflammation.
