I’m looking at his probiotic formulas. He has 2. One is 10,000 CFU. Other is 25,000
I’ve been researching and most articles say 10,000 is good. Anyone know if there is any benefit getting more than that ?

@CoastalGal

Why are you thinking about taking this supplement?

Are you planning to take this short-term after a round of antibiotics, or indefinitely as a daily supplement?

Re: Andrew Lessman probiotics

My doctor and the Mayo Clinic say they are totally unnecessary, we already have " good" bacteria in our system. Can't hurt when you have stomach flu, or another upset stomach issue.

Re: Andrew Lessman probiotics

@CoastalGal I have tried both. I do not have gut issues so I stick with the lower end. If you do have gut issues, I would go with the ultimate and then drop down. Otherwise, you're probably good with the regular to start.

@Q-Checker    Since it's not a true medical problem.  Every time i bring up digestion bloating etc they suggest food elimination cut out dairy etc.  she said supplementing  couldn't hurt

@CoastalGal

I have no idea what it is, but my neighbor takes a Daily Probiotic she gets on Amazon.

I assume you've already tried things like Beano enzymes, etc?

Re: Andrew Lessman probiotics

I just started again on digestive enzymes - trying to take them before each meal to see if that helps. In the past i seemed to forget to take them
