I don't take iron but it I did I would try his first.

You could buy a small bottle during his visit on the 24th. If it works out for you buy another bottle during his shows in Apr since you will get better pricing. If it does not work out you could return it.

@iwrite Hey, that's a great idea.......writing everything down in a notebook! I think I am going to steal that from you and take notes on my computer about what he says. The only problem with that is that I like to sit back and enjoy listening to him, rather than be focused on typing what he is saying about specific things.

Many times I have heard something about one of his products, and then when I try to remember EXACTLY what he said, I sometimes confuse the supplement. LOL!

@iwrite While waiting for @LTT1  to respond to your question about possibly having iron as a special in April, I checked the list of TS's for April last year, and it wasn't included. However, that is not to say it wasn't a special in April. Hopefully @LTT1  will know the answer.

Many years ago I tried an OTC iron supplement and it made me so very nauseous!

So, having blood work test results that shows low ferritin levels ... I was dismayed when he (my dermatologist — Dr. McDreamy, because yes, he is very cute!)

rx’d taking an iron supplement!

My first thought was to order AL’s iron because none of his vitamins/supplements upset my stomach. And, they very dependably result in improved lab work.

I need to sing the praises of one of my favorite Andrew Lessman products!

It is “Oxy Energizer” a unique potassium delivery product. The company (Procaps) sells it and so does Amazon now. It makes me feel better instantly!

Iron should not be supplemented unless one has had labwork and is deficient. It can be dangerous. It is not a supplement one tries randomly.
