They worked for me.

@SandGirl B vitamins are water soluble. If your body doesn't need it, you'll eliminate the excess when you go to the bathroom and they're not stimulants so no worries there.
I take one EPO and one PP in the morning and again at night and one WW at lunch. I started with one WW three times a day in the beginning.
I hope they help you.

Quick followup:
I started them on Wednesday and by Friday night my cycle started!! I was on month 3 of no cycle so of course I have to start the menopause clock all over again but it must have done something for my cycle to start back that quickly.
Has this happened to anyone else?
All I took was 2 a day of Ultimate Womens Wellness, no other changes.

Follow up # 2.
Taking 2 EPO a day and 2 UWW a day and 21 days after my first cycle I am now on day 2 of another cycle after 3 months of no cycle. Sleep improvd at first but now not so much, I'll keep taking it but wondering if it will prolong menopause LOL since now I've had 2 cycles (close together) since starting on this.

Has anyone found anything that helps with sleep that doesn't have melatonin in it?
Melatonin makes me feel drugged in the morning. Weird, but it does.

@Tinkrbl44 Difficult as it is, turning off tv's and devices, a warm shower, and some prayer/meditation as you wish will help me more than anything else. And not eating at least 3-4 hours before bedtime.

I read in bed .. from a book, not a device. Funny about the food ... I can't fall asleep in an empty stomach.

@Tinkrbl44 Magnesium!! For real. Go to Unikey Health website, it's called MagKey it's what I take and I talked with CS and she said to take full dose which is 4-5 caps all at night (instead of 2-3 am and 2-3pm) and after about 3 nights it totally worked!! Worth a try. Good luck!!
