I couldn't sleep because of sweats and I went to him in desperation. I started WW and in a few days I cried when I realized I slept through the night. I was thrilled!
Unfortunately, after several months, it stopped working. I added in PP and I also have the evening primrose oil and between the three, it took longer to kick in, but I am just now noticing my flashes are backing off and I can sleep through the night again.
Definitely worth a shot to try but be aware they could be short term. I'm hoping I have the right combination again for a while.
I find for mood, theanine worked wonders for me. I really credit that with calming me down.
