I have severe dry eye that is exacerbated by hypothyroidism.  I am taking Andrew Lessman's Taurine and his Omega-3.  My eye surgeon said both are good for eye health.

@Kachina624 I take Occuvite Blue Light because it is only the Lutein 25 mg. and Zeaxanthin 5 mg. and I get the other things already in vitamins I take.  So I just add these two.

The Procaps formula has many "extracts" in it too.  For me that is not desirable.

@SoCal Bred  I've used UES for years. I noticed a huge difference the same day I took my first capsules. I'd gone shopping with a friend and it was dark when we walked out of the store. I was stopped in my tracks because I immediately noticed that there was no glare from the streetlights. It also helped my uncomfortable dry eyes. I've used it ever since.
