The other thing with D3 has to do with your weight.  Andrew mentions (and he is more delicate than I am) that the more fat you have the more D3 you need.

If you were asking about MCP (marine collagen Peptides) I take this every day in water.

It helps my skin and since I suffer with Lichen Planus (autoimmune skin condition—scaly skin that is not helped with lotion) the MCP product cuts down on itching and pain.
