Vit K1, K2mk4 and K2mk7 can ALL have an impact on clotting function.  K2 seems to last longer in the blood and may smooth some INR values which is good but it is dangerous for those on medication.  

I have bad bones and for sure I would be taking it if I could.  Not knocking it.  Just reminding those who have to be careful.

It isn’t so much that it is dangerous; it is that one needs to be consistent with the amounts one consumes so as not to change the amount of medication one needs. It is being inconsistent that is dangerous.

I need to check to see how much of the K2MK7 I have left. Sadly, shaking the bottle this morning didn’t give me any idea what size to order! lol

I don’t get the E1.

And you'll see some threads this weekend with misinformation and misunderstanding that this is Vit K1.  It happens every time this airs as the special.

I am wondering if you only need the K2MK7 if you take a calcium supplement. I no longer take a calcium supplement so quit taking the K2MK7 (I get plenty of calcium in my diet). 

Has anyone heard Andrew address this, or does anyone know the answer?

@BExplorerI take the K2MK7 & don't use Andrews calcium supplement, (I would but can't)...I have to get all the calcium I can from my diet, (well small amount is in the vitamin...I work with a CS person at Procaps on what I take & this is still valuable to me.

You can always call them also with questions they are so helpful..

Yes they have Encore or repeat shows. I don't watch much but they used to have his special on at midnight for 2 hrs. After that it repeats. He's not there in the middle of the night so any shows on at those hours would be repeats.

His March monthly specials are available now during his shows but will also be that price all of March. I posted a separate thread on it.
