These are some of Andrew Lessman’s Supplements that I can vouch for...meaning they have worked for me after taking them now for at least 1 year:
Please feel free to ask me anything you’d like about my personal experiences any of these.

I have tried and like the leg and vein formula and fibermucil. He used to make these really yummy protein bars that I loved but they were discontinued.

Healthy Hair, Skin, and Nails
Essential 1
Circulation and Vein Support
Tumeric
Cranberry Benefits
Ultimate Oatmeal - so tasty and has cholesterol lowering ingredients (CholestaCare)
And, ta-da.......ChocoNuvo - best cholesterol lowering product; my numbers keep going down, down, down while I enjoy this best chocolate ever! Also have CholestaCare capsules, but just use that when I am traveling and can't ensure the ChocoNuvo won't melt.

@LTT1 That's a lot of supplements to be taking! Shouldn't you be getting this through daily food intake? Seems like a dietitian would be more helpful. Hope your physicians are aware of all of these supplements. My PCP and specialists would come unglued!

@BirkiLady The title of the thread is "....supplements that work for me." I don't believe she said the frequency she takes them. However, that is between she and her doctor, right? ![]()
I listed the ones that work for me, but didn't say I took them every day. And my doctor knows exactly what I do take. ![]()

Breath Plus may be my #1 product.
I love it.

@VaBelle35 Breath Plus.......another one I don't know anything about. Still consider myself a newbie, having only taken Andrew's products for two years. But what a nice, positive difference they have made!

@World Traveler Unfortunately, @LTT1 continues to search for more answers to her health problems on these Forums and elsewhere. She didn't mention that her physicians are aware of so many supplements. It seems like overkill to me. A healthy diet should be supply everything needed with perhaps minor supplements added.
My two supplements are prescriptions by my PCP . . . nothing over the counter or from a shopping channel. I would trust my pharmacist (who knows the medications I'm taking) before I would order from someone selling from QVC or HSN.

I take his Ultimate Calcium Intensive Care Supplement as I have osteroporosis. With that and taking three classes at the gym and walking when I can, my last dexa scan showed improvement.
It is a capsule and not those huge solid tablets and priced really well during the special days presented.
