Anyone who thinks a "healthy diet" will provide you with absolutely all the things you needs is misguided. Nobody is eating perfectly all day and night every day. Ok maybe Gwenyth Paltrow does LOL. We all lack something. And it doesn't hurt to cover the bases. There are not that many vitamins you can actually take too much of. Personally I take a lot of supplements daily as my very specific diet is definitely lacking certain things. I tell my doctor. But most doctors probably don't care. My blookwork is excellent.

I take his Cranberry supplements and Essential 1 Daily Vitamin.
I also take a probiotic daily but IMO Andrew's is really lacking. He only has 5 strains which as a woman isn't enough for me and the biggest problem is, his capsules aren't extended release/slow release or at least the packaging doesn't say that and I'm sure it would if that were the case. When these products aren't slow release, there's a good chance those ingrediants are never making it to where they are intended to go so there is no benefit.

I would be happy to address anyone who asks how these have affected my bloodwork and lab tests.
There are some perceived effects that might be only sufficient to please me.
There may be effects that only I notice and that are not intended to affect lab values.
To justify my opinions, I guide you to the fact that my IBS is resolved; my vitamin D is now normal; my immunity is much improved (no sinus infections for over 1 year.)
Anyway, these improvements in health I am happy with. It makes for a better life for me!
Each individual must judge for themselves.
