@SANNA  yes, the cholestacare seems to work well for me.  Went from about nearly 250 total cholesterol to just over 200.  That was June 1, 2016.  Hope it gets a little lower when I have my next check up around June1, 2017.

I hope it also works for you.  Also, as I understand it, the Fibermusil works with the cholestacare.  It's supposed to help it even more.  So I am taking both.  "Good luck!

Thank you very much, I have  Fibermusil too and Fish oil. Will try.  And I need to get back to my daily excersises too. Be well!

Re: ressRe: Andrew Lessman Shows (and his blog) - October 2016

About 4 weeks, I doubled up on all of my skin supplements to help heal 2 incisions I have from having cysts removed.  I figured it would help with healing and scarring.  I've noticed some interesting improvements in other areas.  For example, I had a couple of really bad bruises on my legs from banging into the corner of my bed while changing my sheets just before the procedure.  It cleared up very quickly, which is unusual for me.  I also had really bad bruising from the injections to numb the area (I posted previously that I should have stopped my supplements about 2 weeks before because some of them are blood thinners).  I had 6 ugly bruises on my side.  They faded in a matter of days.

The other things that cleared up were several tiny areas on my face where I lost a few layers of skin when being waxed.  I use Retin A and I stop using it about 10 days before I get waxed, but I think I forgot to stop at 10 days and it was more like 5 or 6.  Two of the largest areas completely filled in in the last 4 weeks.

I don't know if that's the HHS&N or the Marine Collagen (or both).

But I am very happy about that side effect.
