Skin moisture boy I ordered that real quick.  My only question is do you still need and take the Healthy Hair Nails and Skin, I guess I could just start taking one of each I don't think I need to continue taking 2 of the HHN&S.

Opinions???

Ordered my phytoceramides TSV Sat evening when available at 7pm.  It was sold out late Sunday......  I take other Lessman supplements and have for years. Would not be without HHSN, VeinSupport, EyeSupport, C&C, Brain&Liver, COQ10 & others....

They are not the same thing. I think Andrew may have said they work well together but not that to use one or the other. 

Do do you take one or the other now? Or are you just trying both for the first time?

For HHS&N he says to take 2 for the first month, if you want big boost to get things going and then drop back to 1 a day.

Thanks @willdob3 and @VaBelle35, I missed most of the presentation(s) for the ts but I ordered the largest size the day before, this is the first time I will be taking the Phytoceramides.  I have been taking HHN&S since the beginning 2 capsules sometimes 1 but now with the Phytoceramides I will take 1 of each.  I tend to be more discipline taking the capsules than the powder.  I brought the large size Marine Collagen and to fit the powder in my crazy schedule between working and running around is hard.
