I added it to my coffee this morning & it dissolved great. I could not even tell it was there. I think I'll keep taking it this way. It is so easy.

My coffee and my tea are sacred to me. I can't even bring myself to try that. LOL

Re: Andrew Lessman Marine Collegene peptides

I have about a half a serving left in my can. One thing I noticed is my hair has grown unbelievably quick. I get my hair cut every 6 weeks and I am only on week 3 and trying to decide if I want to get it cut again next Friday before I leave for a business trip.

Wow, that's good news! An outside evidence of what is probably happening inside as well. - Bird

I figured out a new way to drink this. I take about 6oz of water and microwave it for 40 seconds. Add one scoop and mix mix mix with a fork. Let it sit for a couple of minutes ( I make my morning protein shake while it sits). then it is completely disolved and clear. Slight smell and taste to it but I just calmly drink it down knowing that it is going to do some good.

I think it has made a difference in my hair, it has stopped shedding; what his healthy hair skin & nails couldn't do for me. I have made other changes to my diet too (adding green supplement to smoothies), so I can't say for certain. Too soon to say anything about changes to the skin. My skin looks plump now but I attribute it to the aloe gel and oil cleansing. I will continue to use it for a while.

Re: Andrew Lessman Marine Collegene peptides

Before this thread disappears into the nether regions, I have to add that we found a favorite way to down the MCP. Costco sells the Newman grape juice. It's really strong, and we have to dilute it with water. (It's the only bottled juice I buy, everything else is fresh-made. Can't get good grapes for juicing here.) Anyway, I put the scoop of MCP in about 4 oz of water, stir, then add the grape juice. DH prefers it this way above all others. The grape juice is stronly tart with a sweet aftertaste, which pretty much wipes out the flavor of the MCP.

BTW, even though it does not dissolve instantly, it does dissolve in fairly short order. This is a pure product, no anti-caking agents, which I prefer. - Bird
