It may have been “a huge waste of money” FOR YOU...
I’m sorry.
It has made a HUGE positive difference FOR ME...
I now have tough nails!
My hair is looking like hair again!
I cannot take biotin for this. Have never noticed if MCP helps my tendons, but will start noticing and see. Ever since taking a fluoroquinone last year (Levaquin), I have painful tendon issues — and experienced a fall because I could not bend my knees.

I'm new to this collagen craze and just ordered Lessman's Marine Collagen. For me, it's a source thing -- marine v bovine. I have a touch of arthritis in my hands, especially one fingertip that does hurt often and some tendon issues in one foot. I'll see if it helps and keep you all posted. Meantime, I look forward to stronger nails and improved hair. That seems to be the most common benefit from posters.

I too am new to this item. I take Hair skin nails...not sure if it is doing much but I thought I would try collagen but more for my joints and tendons than hair skin. I'll give it a month and see how it goes. Lots of very good reviews on this product.

So, I'm curious about the "Neutral" taste. That means it's not tasteless. Every protein or collagen powder I have ever tried as this odd aftertaste I just can't stand. It's one of those things that grows on you, but in a bad way. At first, it's just annoying, but as time goes on, it gets to where I just can't stand it. Unless it is totally tasteless, I just don't think I would take it, and that's a lot of money to spend to find out.

The thing about any kind of collagen supp is that when you take them there's no way to direct the collagen supp to any specific area in the body. It just goes where it's needed if it's needed at all to begin with. You can't take 'tendon' collagen and expect it to end up in your tendons. Doesn't work that way.

I know what you are talking about when I just mixed with water to drink. When I started mixing with my morning coffee I never has that after taste.

I take all 5 forms of Collagen in capsule form, I dont like using powders that need to be mixed. I dont buy Lessman, he uses tilapia, I prefer using a wild caught fish such as cod or pollock.

I have used AL's for years. I used to mix it with water and I never noticed a smell. Lately I mix it in with my morning protein shake. I also add some of his other powdered products - chondroitin, Fruitful Antioxidants and the green one for veggies (can't think of the name right now). I don't taste any of them.

I can't vouch for tendons since I don't have those issues but it has done wonders for my nails and after two months my hair is almost a decade younger. I never thought I'd see it this full again.
I do take my scoop in the morning on an empty stomach with some orange juice to dissolve it and then fill the glass with water. Vitamin C is necessary for the collagen to be absorbed by the body.
I taste nothing but my water and OJ. You can use all OJ if you want or some other type of high content Vitamin C juice. I just like it that way.
Highly recommend if you are looking to try something like it. I get mine from Amazon.
I take a scoop of Andrew Lessman Marine Collagen with a glass of V-8. It is so thick I don't notice the taste. Goes down real easy. It has helped my knee so much, I never want to be without.
