@santorini Totally agree with you! I love the guy too, and his products. Done wonders for me. Certainly going to get one of the special items in March! Running low.

Always find it interesting that people who post they don't like someone or their products still take the time to read a thread about that same person/product.

For those naysayers on here you are entitled to your own personal opinion.  I love Lessman's products and take certain ones that I refuse to do without.  I'm far from having the perfect diet to keep myself healthy as I dislike vegetables and fruits for the most part. What I do take has helped me immensely.  Just my own opinion.

So your father the "doctor" says we don't need vitamins to be healthy.  Whoo Hoo no more vegetables.

Perhaps your information is outdated.  The AMA is currently recommending adults take a multi-vitamin each day.

I'm hoping for a Big Mega Size Bottle of the Essential.  Both DH & I use this, and we are getting close to the bottom of the bottle.

@ellaphantPeople can say whatever they want, and we all make our own choices.  I've been taking AL vits for almost 30 YEARS, and when everyone in my office is sick for the 2nd and 3rd time....   I just keep taking his vitamins.

When my brother in law was visiting last summer,  he mentioned that his youngest son was getting sick and that he always get sick shortly after....  guaranteed.   I gave him 2 weeks worth of the Essential Ones and Immune Factors. He called me after that time and told me it was the very FIRST TIME he did NOT get sick.  He now takes both every day.  Again,  we all make our own choices....   I'll stick with taking AL vits.   They have served me well, and I TRUST the quality.

Great you are feeling so well. Has nothing to do with vitamins. Absolutely no credible medical studies/data that show this. Keep up your good health!

Studies change from decade to decade.  You believe whatever you like and save your money on vitamins.  I will continue to invest in my health by purchasing them, because MY individual study says they work.   That's all I need to convince me!

Re: Andrew Lessman March March TS Schedule

First of all, there are MANY studies on the efficacy of various vitamins/supplements--even how they work in conjunction with each other. Hence, something called "nutrition" (on which even the medical establishment admits that doctors are largely unschooled). When people are vitamin-deficient and, for some reason, cannot or won't eat certain foods, vitamins are immensely useful.

Also, testing of vitamin/mineral levels is a routine part of bloodwork. Deficiencies are often addressed by prescribing additional vitamins or supplements. Many doctors, for example, advise patients to take calcium supplements.

A considerable number of people, especially in certain climates, are deficient in vitamin D, and studies DO exist which routinely recommend vitamin supplementation (and the TYPE of vitamin D).

Consider Coenzyme Q10, for which studies ABOUND, indicating its usefulness for everything from heart health to bleeding gums. For the love of Mike, decades ago someone actually received the Nobel Prize in chemistry for discovering how this supplement works in the body on a cellular level.

M.D. doesn't stand for "Medical Deity," and there are many ailments and conditions which the medical establishment cannot treat. We're not blindly taking vitamins and supplements. Those who summarily dismiss supplementation need to educate themselves. We've done our homework; they need to do theirs.

P.S. 🤔 Why in the world would someone who claims to be "bored" by Andrew Lessman, and who thinks that vitamins/minerals/supplements are bunk, open a thread about his March schedule? (😳)

Re: Andrew Lessman March March TS Schedule

*Grumbles*

It isn’t that he has too many specials but I was happier when I ordered things once a year and never needed to count them. I hate counting capsules!

I order 240 of the cranberry in December. Was that how much I needed to make it to March? I think so. I gave a friend 60 capsules to try so I was running low. I’ll still have to count. *grumble*

His D3 is too low or I’d get some.

Do I need anything else? I’m gonna have to shake some bottles...! lol

For those who take the vitamin that is the TS, can you describe the size of the pill for me? I have a GERD related esophagus issue that makes swallowing large pills a problem so I really need a smaller pill. Also, do these vitamins cause any stomach upset as some vitamins do? I really need something that's going to play well with the GERD issues. I would love to hear your opinions of and experience with this vitamin.
