This happened to me several times with the cookbooks. It seems like an enticement -- kind of a bonus but then it's not really available.

Wow. I wondered about that. When I ordered the HHS&N the tea was showing with it. I thought about ordering the Marine Collegan Peptides on pre-sale but I noticed there was no free gift included. They advertise that all the TS in July have free gifts so I thought I might be wise to wait. Time will tell.

Not good CS to do that. "Please order early so we can NOT offer you the free gift we will give to those who wait."

Price went down to $149.90 for marine collagen. For those that pre-ordered you may want to call CS for a credit.

WHAT???? How can they lower the TS lower than it already was?

FYI - they can't give you the adjustment until it ships. I tried that last time and they said to call back after it ships.

Mine has not shipped yet.

Just received my 720 count with the 38 tea bags, ridiculous to say the offer was not included in the presale. I would fight it tooth and nail with Andrews CS, they are very nice to deal with. My hubby is a big green tea drinker, they will be put to good use.

Thank you so much for catching this price difference. Just today, I received two MCP with MSM, the 360 size, and paid $159.90 (x 2). The call center at ProCaps is very busy so I had to leave a message. I'm sure they will credit me. My total purchase of AL products was over $602.00! I ordered from his website directly last Saturday morning.

I got my tea with this order in which the 720 HHSN was a part of.

I emailed ProCaps Lab about the price difference in the pre-sale MCP with MSM. The rep said that Andrew wanted to give his customers a better price and then cut the 360 size by $10. (This is the same price as it was last year for the TS).

I will be given a $20 credit at ProCaps (two bottles) but have to call it in to redeem. I guess the website isn't set-up for a credit. I'll use it on my next AD order of Maximum Joint Effort.

Update on my tea sampler fiasco. ProCap Labs is making it right for me. I have been corresponding via e-mail with a digital representative from Andrew's customer service team. The CS rep. is currently documenting my case. I will have to wait a few days for the tea sampler to come into stock, but they will be sending me out the package.

That's Customer Service. !!!
