It's once a day.  The bottle label says a serving is 1 scoop.

I am doing 2 scoops.  I think because he says he does 2 scoops?  I'll have to listen to his presentation again and see why I am doing 2 scoops.  ;/

I take a ton of stuff for my joints, so it's hard to say. But I am seeing results that I think I can attribute to this.

Especially at 2 scoops a day!  LOL

Yes, Mr. Rebates is 6% today on HSN which is a little better than their usual 5%.  I ordered this in the bundle to try the MC.  Been using the HHS&N Formula for years.  I also drink Andrew's green tea so I'm happy to get these 6 samples included.

I never notice the % changes on Mr. Rebates.  I'm in for a lot this visit, so that extra 1% helps ;o)

This is my first year on AL and I'm learning that some of these large TS bundles don't get me through the whole year because I didn't check the pill count vs the calendar.

For example, the Cholestacare/Fibermucil TS was only about 6 months AND the pills didn't run out at the same time.  I original went on this when he had a special on the packets, so when the TS came around, the individual bottles of pills were significantly cheaper than the packets.  So I cancelled my autoship of the packets and bought the pills but didn't calculate what I needed correctly.  I'm also not sure I calculated the cost correctly last time.  I need @bebe777 here to calculate the savings for me.  LOL

I'm running low on CoQ10 and TruQ10, too.

So this visit I am buying gap coverage until the next TS for all these things.

I am looking forward to trying HHS&N.  This will be a first for me.  I think my hair, nails and skin are great right now, so I will be interested to see if it can be any better.

Do you all take 2 pills and do you take them at the same time or split them up (like the Ultimate Eye)?

I am watching the midnight presentation.  He said he does 1 scoop a day but puts 2 in the glass.  That's probably where I got the 2 from.

He probably does 2 to show you how well it mixes.

Another thing he keeps saying is "new formula tastes even better."  Has he changed this already or is he referring to the fact that his new formula tastes better than other brands?

Disappointed in the size of the MCP.

Happy about the tea sampler though. I have been wanting to try his tea.
